Whilst I've been a little too busy lately to catch up with many of the shows from AW'15 fashion week this month. I have managed to keep my eye on the inspirational streetstyle that is always so vividly present at this time of year...

The slides trend is firmly sticking around for another Spring/Summer season and whilst currently being huddle under a blanket due to the bitter UK winter I decided to get my hunt on for the hopefully warmer months ahead. I discovered this jewelled drenched pair via Nasty Gal and realised how easy they would be to create yourself?
2. You're Whipped
Don't shoot the messenger, but I'm here to offer a little gentle reminder; whether your single, in a relationship, married or dating Valentines should and can be celebrated. No matter what my status is I always like to enjoy February 14th. It's not just a couples holiday, if you're single why not take some time out for yourself, relax, unwind and enjoy activities that you love and make you feel good (this can even be as simple as snuggling with your favourite movie and a pizza or spending some time in the kitchen baking your favourite cupcakes). Me? Well I'll be kick starting the day off with some appropriately pink porridge, this particular flavour is cranberry (which I cant eat) so I'll be substituting with some raspberries and strawberries. Find the recipe by A Cup Of Jo here. She also shares her own thoughts on the Valentines...
3. Soak & Shine
Is it just me, but when you've had a particularly long or stressfull week it can sometimes stick with you well into your weekend? Well I may just have discovered a cure to banish those negative energy sucking feelings that you can't seem to shake. All it requires is a Friday night, hot bath and this homemade Ginger detox soak via Tried and True. Not only will you feel amazingly relaxed after but I can almost guarantee that you'll sleep well ensuring you're ready to take on the weekend ahead.
4. Stack Em High
Yes, another food entry but I mean c'mon how could I not mention that next Tuesday will be Shrove Tuesday which in turn indicates the arrival of Pancake Tuesday. I usually leave my pancakes for dessert in the evening but this year I'm kick starting it early at breakfast. The difficulty will present itself in the flavour choices, do I opt for blueberry buckwheat pancakes? Raw Cacao pancakes? Banana cinnamon swirl pancakes or traditional lemon crepes?
5. Quote of the week
Even when things don't seem to be working out and that goal or ambition seems further away more than ever. You must have hope and believe that even when the chips are down, miracles can happen.

If I could transport every single look from this editorial taken from the February issue of Vogue Taiwan shot by photographer Naomi Yang into my closet I would be one happy lady. Every single piece is the right balance of simple, laid back sophistication and I cannot get enough.

1. Did It Better
Let's all take a moment to appreciate Christopher Lee Sauve's tshirt designs. Without a doubt you will find nothing like them anywhere else and that's what makes them (in my opinion) cult classics. This epic print comes from his "90s Boy's Did It Better Tee" Grab one of your own here. P.s Ten point's if you can spot James Van Der Beek...
2. Pretty As A Pineapple
3. Form of Art
Having a home office can have it's positives but occasionally you encounter the negatives. For example getting distracted mid email to contemplate a new gallery wall (a scenario that was pretty repetitive this week) which eventually leads to multiple online interior searches. To say I'm sorry I opened that first tab would be a lie because I wouldn't have stumbled across this amazing collection of wall art over on Pinterest.
4. Addicted To You
Incase I've never expressed my chocoholic tendencies before here on the blog (surely impossible) I'd like to declare it right here, right now. Again with so many intolerances fulfilling my daily chocolate intake can be relatively tricky. That is if you're unaware of the tricks of the trade, by tricks I mean recipes that allow you to satisfy your sweet tooth without actually losing multiple teeth in the process. Enter homemade Nutella, similar to the stuff we all know and love but significantly better for you. I particularly like Deliciously Ella's recipe, it's perfect for my low fodmap diet and has major health benefits attached. So grab your spoon, drop your guilt and make a batch just in time for the weekend.
5. Quote of the week
When you feel like you've had enough, like all you want to do is call it a day on your dreams, goals and ambitions and admit defeat you need to recognise this feeling not as failure and the end of your journey but a turning point and indeed the beginning of your future.
